Two products,
two different jobs
Silio is batch management for the plant floor. Manuva is manufacturing operations software for product businesses. They are separate products with separate customers — we happen to build both.
Silio
Full-stack batch management for food and feed manufacturers. PLC control, ERP integration, a real-time dashboard and an Android operator app — one system from the weigh-up station to the batch record.
- Recipe and batch control down to the PLC, ISA-88 aligned
- ERP integration over SQL — orders in, consumption and yield out
- Real-time dashboard for supervisors, live from the line
- Android operator app for weigh-up, scanning and confirmation
- Full batch traceability: what was made, when, from which lot

Recipe and batch control
Recipes are held once and executed on the PLC, ISA-88 aligned. Set-points, tolerances and sequence live with the control system, not in an operator's head. Change a recipe and the line runs the new one on the next batch.
Operator app on the floor
An Android app at the weigh-up station. Scan the ingredient, scan the lot, take the weight from the scale, confirm. Out-of-tolerance additions are blocked at the point they happen rather than found in a review three weeks later.
ERP integration over SQL
Works orders come down from the ERP, actual consumption and yield go back up. No re-keying, no nightly spreadsheet. The integration layer is SQL, so most mid-market ERPs are in scope.
The batch record falls out of it
Every batch carries its ingredients, lots, weights, operator and timestamps. A recall query is a search, not an archaeology project. Supervisors watch the same data live on the dashboard while the batch is still running.
Silio is delivered as a configured project rather than a licence. We scope the stations, map the recipes and the ERP fields, configure the PLC and app layers, then commission it alongside the line the way we would any other automation job.
It suits plants that dose or blend to a recipe and are carrying a paper or spreadsheet batch record — feed milling, food, and pre-mix operations. If your batching is already inside a plant-wide MES, you probably do not need it, and we will say so.
Manuva
Manufacturing operations, without the chaos. Manuva gives product businesses a single place to manage inventory, build orders and stay on top of purchasing — so the team spends less time chasing spreadsheets and more time making things.
Simple enough to get started in a day. Deep enough to run the whole operation.
